Building 2712 is 80 feet wide and 30 feet deep. Each unit has a conditioned area of 1960 square feet including a master bedroom:
Building 2912 is 72 feet wide and 36 feet deep. Each unit has a conditioned area of 2592 square feet with a downstairs master bedroom and a dining room. The upstairs area, intended primarily for children, has four bedrooms and a rumpus room:
